GRIT is excited to announce we are offering Sunday morning yoga at 10am!
This is such a BONUS for us as strength and conditioning athletes to have this IN-GYM, tailored to our training. It's the perfect compliment to the hard training we do.
Yoga will be free for all GRIT athletes and donation based for friends and the community.
Please bring your mats and water.
