Step 2:  60 Minute Assessment & Orientation Session

One of our expert coaches will schedule  a 60 minute training session that includes a movement and work capacity assessment and introduces the basic lifts used at GRIT.
Assessment & Orientation Session is $69

Step 3:  Start Training
